Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade multi-tenant architecture with strict row-level isolation. Your data is never mixed with another company's data, and access is strictly scoped to your tenant account.

Yes. If you're dissatisfied within your first month, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. If you're still unhappy, we'll issue a full refund and move your account to the free plan.

Annual subscribers get a 45-day full refund window. After 45 days, if we remove, break, or discontinue any feature, we'll offer a prorated refund for the remainder of your contract. Refunds are not processed after the applicable window.

Both monthly and annual plans auto-renew. We'll send an email before each renewal detailing the amount. After renewal, you'll receive a receipt with the next renewal date. If you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund within 5 days (monthly) or 15 days (annual) of the renewal date.

For partial downgrades (reducing users, edition change, removing add-ons), you'll receive credits in the form of a subscription extension for active licenses. The credit is calculated as: Total amount paid − (monthly list price × months used). Credits are not issued as cash refunds.

No. Refunds (full or prorated) are not issued if your account is terminated, suspended, or blocked due to violations of our Terms of Service, including phishing, impersonation, fraud, or legal breaches.
